I don’t understand the male handshaking thing. Basically from the way I understand it, your level of manhood is determined by how hard you shake hands. I'm pretty sure this is a ritual spanning back to caveman times, where there were only 2 things that determined your manhood. The size of your genetailia, and the firmness of your grip. I think that's fine if all you are going to do is run around naked and strangle each other, but otherwise, it makes no sense to me.
